More Information

The Computational Science program in the Faculty of Science prepares graduates for entry either directly into positions in government sectors and industry or into graduate programs in the sciences, especially those in which computational proficiency is an important component.

The Computational Science program consists of five plans. One plan, the No Specialization Plan, is of a more general nature, while the other four plans, specifically the Biochemistry, Chemistry, Earth Sciences, and Physics Specialization Plans each provide relatively in-depth coverage of a core area of science in addition to the set of program foundation courses in computer science, mathematics and introductory chemistry, earth sciences, and physics.
